Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, August 7, 2020

• Completed setting rooftop mechanical units.
• Completed tilework in the Area A mulit-user Toilet Rooms.
• Continued casework and flooring installation in the perimeter classrooms.
• Completed drywall installation in the Kitchen area and started quarry tile installation.
• Completed drywall taping in the Admin Office area.
• Completed mechanical and electrical ceiling finishes in the Resource Area.
• Conducted a partial mechanical punchlist of Area A.

Planned week ending Friday, August 14, 2020

• Continue casework and flooring installation in the perimeter classrooms.
• Install acoustical ceilings and toilet partitions in the Area A multi-user Toilet Rooms.
• Complete tilework in the Area B multi-user Toilet Rooms and begin plumbing fixtures.
• Complete the installation of the acoustical ceiling grid and begin mechanical/electrical ceiling finishes in the Media Center area.
• Complete wall paint and acoustical ceiling grid in the Admin Office area.
• Begin conducting architectural punchlist walks of Area A.
• Install aluminum storefront at the new secure entry.
• Complete floor and wall tile in the Kitchen area.

Richfield Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, August 7, 2020

• Installed glass and ceiling grid in Media Center
• Continued painting and unit ventilator installation on third level and second level
• Continued classroom carpet on third and second level
• Tiled staff bathrooms on second level
• Mechanical and electrical rough ins on main level
• Installed structural steel for roof top units
• Casework installation throughout
• Continued ceiling grid throughout

• Start painting on main level
• Start tiling staff bathrooms on main level
• Continue casework installation throughout
• Finish flooring on second floor classrooms
• Start installing doors throughout
• Continue ceiling grid and lights on second floor

• Ceiling pad installation on 3rd floor
• Start cleaning on 3rd floor

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, August 7, 2020

• Completed all required moisture mitigation and floor leveling.
• Completed the final connections to the unit ventilators in Area C classrooms.
• Started tilework installation in all restrooms.
• Began painting in the Admin Office area.
• Completed acoustical ceiling grid in much of the C-wing and nearing completion of mechanical and electrical ceiling finishes.
• Completed metal stud framing at the Front Entry corridor.

• Complete wall paint and acoustical ceiling grid in the Admin Office area.
• Complete tilework in the C-wing multi-user Toilet Rooms and begin plumbing fixture installation.
• Begin flooring installation in C-wing i.e. SPED area and Level 2 classrooms.
• Begin casework installation in the SPED area and Level 2 classrooms.
• Complete electrical homerun connections at the panels.
• Complete drywall installation and taping at the Front Entry corridor.
• Complete metal stud framing and sheathing at the Front Entry addition.
